How to report an error or give feedback

You spotted a fare or detail that looks outdated and want to tell us in one message.

If a fare, time or detail on our pages looks wrong, send us the page, the line and your source on WhatsApp. We check it against the official source and correct the page if your figure holds. A short message is enough.

What counts as an error?

An error is anything on a page that no longer matches the operator or official source. That includes a fare, a timetable, an opening day, a pass rule or a link that leads nowhere.

Unclear wording counts too. If you read a sentence twice and still could not use it, tell us.

How do you send a report?

Use the contact page and message us on WhatsApp. Copy the template below and fill in what you have.

  1. The page title or link.
  2. The sentence you think is wrong.
  3. What you believe is correct.
  4. The source link, or a screenshot of the official page.
  5. The date you checked it.
  6. Your travel dates, if you are booking soon.

You do not need all six. A page and a sentence are enough to begin.

What happens after you report?

We read the sentence in context, then compare it with the official operator or authority page. If the new figure holds, we correct the page and update the date that shows when its facts were last checked.

If the source is unclear or two official pages disagree, we write the figure as something to confirm with the operator before booking. Our methodology and editorial policy explain how we choose sources and treat changes.

Why do we ask for a source?

Fares and timetables change, and a recent memory is not enough to change a page. A source link lets us confirm quickly and keep the page honest. Our guide on recording the source and date for every fare shows the habit we use ourselves.

It also helps you. A fare you record with its date is easier to check later. See fare facts versus planning estimates for how to tell them apart.

What if you are about to book?

Check the operator’s own page before you pay. If it differs from ours, send us what you found. We look at your plan against the current official figure.

Questions travellers ask

How do I report a wrong fare or detail on a page?

Send us a WhatsApp message with the page title or link, the line you think is wrong, and where you saw a different figure. An official operator page or a screenshot of it helps most. We check the source, then correct the page if the new figure holds.

What should I include in my message?

Include the page, the sentence, what you believe is correct, the source link and the date you checked it. If you travel soon, add your dates so we can look at your plan first. A report with a source is quicker to confirm than a general feeling.

How do you handle corrections?

Each page records the date its facts were checked. When a fare or detail changes, we update the page and the check date. The methodology and editorial pages explain how we choose sources and how we handle changes.

Can I send feedback that is not an error?

Yes. Tell us what was unclear, what you could not find, or what you wish a page covered. Reader questions shape which pages we write and refresh next, so a short note is useful even without a correction.

What if I am booking soon and a figure looks different?

Check the operator's own page before you pay, because fares and timetables change. Send us what you found and your travel dates, and we look at your plan against the current official figure.
