Hotel area transfer comparison
Put two or three hotel areas side by side on price, transfers and luggage effort.
Turn the prices you have found into one clear trip total and a per-person share.
Your result appears under the planner as soon as you press the button. Send it to us on WhatsApp with the lead code and we check it against live fares, room rules and timetables for your dates.
The budget is a sum you can check line by line.
Total = each price × the times it applies + whole-trip costs + your buffer.
The number of times a price applies depends on the line. A flight counts once per adult or per child. A room counts once per room per night. Meals and local transport count once per person per day, and the tool takes days as nights plus one.
Most prices in Japan come in yen, while flights and insurance are in RM. Each line has its own currency box. Without a rate, the result shows a RM total and a separate yen total, so a guessed exchange rate never hides inside your figure.
If you want one number, enter a rate. The preset is the Bank Negara selling rate, RM 2.603 per 100 yen on 19 October 2026 1. Check the rate again on the day you change money or pay by card.
Leave a line empty when you have no price yet. The tool lists it as unpriced in the result, so you can see what is still missing before you trust the total.
The contingency is a share you choose, added to both the RM and yen sides. It covers the small things a plan does not list. The result shows exactly how much it added.
The per-person figure is the total split evenly across everyone in the group. Families who share costs differently can use the itemised lines instead.
Take a room line. If you enter a nightly room rate in yen, with two rooms for five nights, the tool counts that rate ten times. If you then add a rate, the yen subtotal is converted and joins the RM total.
This is a planning estimate from your own prices, not a quote. Our guide on what to send for an accurate Japan quote lists the details we need to price a trip properly. Send the result on WhatsApp and we check each line against live fares and room rules for your dates.
