What should you include in your first message?
The more we know at the start, the more useful our first reply will be. These details help most:
- Travel dates, or a rough month if you are still deciding
- Who is travelling, with the ages of children and elders
- Your budget range in ringgit, even a loose one
- Where you are flying from, such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang or Kota Kinabalu
- What you hope to see or do, like snow, theme parks, food or temples
- Anything that needs care, such as a stroller, mobility needs or halal food
- Places you already have in mind, if any
You do not need every answer before you write. A message that says “Japan in December, family with two young kids, still deciding where” is a fine start.
